These Terms of Service do not replace or modify any signed service agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement governs.
Listings and Accounts
In co-hosting arrangements, the Airbnb listing remains on the property owner's account. ProHostNY is added as a co-host with operational permissions. ProHostNY does not own, control, or claim any interest in the property owner's Airbnb account, listing, reviews, or Superhost status. Upon termination of a co-hosting arrangement, ProHostNY's access to the owner's account is removed immediately.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are specified in each individual service agreement. ProHostNY does not charge fees through this website. Consultation calls and initial property assessments are provided at no charge.
Limitation of Liability
ProHostNY provides its website and informational content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on this website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProHostNY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
Indemnification
